If you decide to go ahead, we offer full project management, trouble shooting and resource procurement We only employ fully qualified contractors managed by ourselves, with regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve snags and to guarantee quality and efficiency.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT

In todays world, where margins are tight, and disposable income scarce . It may not be within budget to employ a facilities manager. A facility requires general ongoing monitoring and upkeep, perhaps there is a solution to this dilemma. We offer a variety of options regarding our F/M services, where you decide on the number of hours we spend managing your facility. Choose hours per week, per month or year, whatever suits your needs.

A full range of F/M services are on offer including  building fabric, main services, waste management, stock 

control, security, heating, lighting, fire safety, PAT testing, H&S, power monitoring, groundworks and much more. We can offer a 3 month rolling contract, a fluid hourly contract depending on your needs or even, on a reactive only basis.
